Demo use and preview terms

Use the sample books for evaluation

Each visitor receives an isolated sample company. Enter only synthetic information. Do not upload or enter personal records, real customer data, credentials or business books. Respect access controls and capacity limits and do not interfere with other visitors or the service.

Expect temporary access

Records and visitor access expire at the next scheduled hourly reset. Work may be lost and maintenance may briefly interrupt the demo. It is not a backup or a recordkeeping service. Start a new sample company after expiry.

Understand the results

Reports and cash receipts are demonstrations. The cash POS records illustrative tender; it does not collect money or process card payments. The preview does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice, jurisdiction certification, payroll or advanced warehouse workflows. Core AR/AP and optional one-location Inventory are bounded evaluation features; manual tax settings do not determine local obligations. Review the current scope before evaluating it.

Software and support

New project-owned source is available under the AGPL-3.0-or-later licence, including its warranty and liability terms. Dependencies, assets and historical source retain their own licenses. Any paid setup, training or support requires a separate agreement; this demo does not create a service-level commitment.

Use Support for installation and evaluation questions. Report security concerns through the repository's security policy. The privacy notice describes sessions, country hints and operational logs.
