PHP Ledger 1.1.3: the in-app updater completes
1.1.3 fixes issue #90, letting the in-app updater complete its migrate phase. Installations on 1.1.0, 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 can now update from /maintenance.php.
PHP Ledger 1.1.2: the 1.1.1 record corrected
1.1.1 shipped migration 034 and the optional Stock locations module after all; 1.1.2 says so and counts cash at the point of sale in whole minor units. Known issue #90 is fixed in 1.1.3.
PHP Ledger 1.1.1: setup you can watch
Browser setup runs in six stages with green and red checks, accepts a local database account with no password and creates the database itself, and warns instead of refusing over plain HTTP. Corrected 20 September 2026: it carries migration 034.
PHP Ledger 1.1.0: install from any web folder
Upload one phpledger folder to your website and open its address to start the installer, with no setup key for a database on the same server. Adds MariaDB 10.4+ support, a chosen username, an optional logo and the first signed update metadata.
PHP Ledger 1.0.0: the first stable release
Consolidates the 0.6.1 workflow-recovery closure, the 0.7 browser installer and the 0.8 signed update/backup/recovery work into one supported production release. Independent accounting/security review and supervised pilots were never completed.

Where can I verify a release?
Use the GitHub release tag, downloadable ZIP and published SHA-256. The release notes identify the source and validation scope.
Does a news post upgrade my installation?
No. An operator must follow the matching UPGRADE.md, preserve a backup, rehearse restore and validate the target installation.
Are planned features included in the download?
Only capabilities explicitly marked implemented for that release are included. Research, roadmap items and schema foundations do not imply completed operator workflows.
How can I follow changes without an account?
Read this news page or subscribe to its RSS feed. The static website does not create an account or subscribe you to a mailing list.
What does a passing test suite prove?
It provides evidence for the tested technical cases and runtime. It does not establish accounting sign-off, regulatory compliance or success in every business workflow.
